My story is simple. I grew up in once rural Battle Ground, WA with a freezer full of beef and a fridge stocked with milk. Now my burgers are made with tempeh and I have almond milk in my cereal. This is my journey on eating fabulously vegan.

I live in NW Portland and work downtown which is a short bike commute away. My 2008 travel plans include NYC, Maui, Mexico City, Graceland and Burning Man.
