* (one star) - I’d rather eat soggy tofu and/or absolutely no vegan options
** (two stars) - Decidedly mediocre and/or one or two sides/salads can be combined to form a vegan meal
*** (three stars) - Satisfactory vegan options
**** (four stars) - Pretty darn good vegan options.
***** (five stars) - Off the hook!
